Nord Lock Washers Product Describsion

Nord lock washers are Boltead’s main product. We are a manufacturer of Nord lock washers and also a supplier of Nord lock washers. While producing and supplying Nord lock washers, we also produce bolts, nuts and other fastener products used in conjunction with them.

The Nord lock washers  we produce are generally classified according to whether the material is carbon steel, stainless steel or brass. More specific classifications are as follows:

There are three common classification methods for washer grades.
Washers can generally be classified according to material, such as carbon steel washers and stainless steel washers.
There are also classifications based on use, shape and size, such as Class A, Class C, etc.
In addition, some washers have strength levels, such as Nord lock washers, which are divided into levels 4.8, 8.8, etc.

In addition to different materials and strengths, the biggest impact on Nord lock washers is surface treatment. The following are the more common surface treatments for Nord lock washers: black oxide, black zinc, zinc plated (ZP), color zinc plating (CZP /YZP), hot dip galvanized (HDG), dacromet coating, etc.

Nord Lock Washers Production Process

Nord lock washers are sent from the raw material line to the final product. They generally go through the following process:
Annealing of raw materials – pickling – drawing – forming – grinding – heat treatment – surface treatment – classification – packaging – shipping
