Chipboard Screws Product Describsion

Chipboard screws are Boltead Fastener’s main product. We are a manufacturer and also a supplier of chipboard screws. While producing and supplying chipboard screws, we also produce bolts, washers and other fastener products used in conjunction with them.

The chipboard screws  we produce are generally classified according to whether the material is carbon steel or stainless steel. More specific classifications are as follows:

In addition to different materials and strengths, the biggest impact on these products is surface treatment. The following are the more common surface treatments for these products: black phosphate, grey phosphate, black zinc, zinc plated (ZP), color zinc plating (CZP /YZP), dacromet coating, etc.

Chipboard Screws Production Process

Chipboard Screws are sent from the raw material line to the final product. They generally go through the following process:
Annealing of raw materials – pickling – drawing – forming – grinding – heat treatment – surface treatment – classification – packaging – shipping

Chipboard Screws Application fields
